TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Deposits are non refundable unless 21 days notice is given in writing , Cancellation in less than seven days notice will result in a charge of 50%

• Cheques should be made payable to the NIBSSS

• The NIBSSS accepts no liability for loss of possessions, accidents or injuries caused by a student own negligence

• All course outstanding fees must be paid on the first date of the course.

• The student must disclose any medical problems that my need treatment on the first day of the course.

• The NIBSSS reserves the right to refuse a student

• Any student found in the deemed to be disruptive with be expelled from the course

• Any student who has to leave the course due to compassionate grounds will be offered a place at a later date

• The NIBSSS has the right to reschedule or cancel under subscribed course (minimum of 8 students) in such event a refund will be given or an alternative date offered

• All students are to conduct themselves in a disciplined manner at all times
